No, Glade® Aerosols and all other SC Johnson aerosols have been chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) free since 1975.
Are Glade® Aerosols cans recyclable?
Yes, Glade® Aerosols and all other SC Johnson empty steel aerosol cans can be recycled along with other empty steel cans, as long as your community accepts them. Steel cans are recyclable in an increasing number of communities. For more information, call the Steel Recycling Institute at 1-800-YES I CAN (1-800-937-1226) to find out if your community accepts aerosol cans with other empty steel cans.
